Also, Founder of Caribbean Institute of Technology and Founder of Cecil Ram United Nations Semester Program.

Technology and operation executive with 25+ years of experience in implementing enterprise-wide projects in Travel & Tourism, National Security (Biometrics & RFID), Healthcare, and Gaming.  Recently, oversaw a $42M technology & innovation project for a Fortune 100 hospitality, entertainment, retail, and gaming company.  Previously, managed near-shore and off-shore centers with 250+ resources.
